President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is bullish that the Oplan Kontra Baha multi-sectoral program would alleviate floods in Metro Manila and adjacent areas by as much as 60 percent.
The President led the launching of Oplan Kontra Baha: Greater Metro Manila Waterways Clearing and Cleaning Operations at Balihatar Creek in Barangay San Dionisio, Parañaque City.
